Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates and available shipping methods (for example: Standard, Expedited) will also be shown at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The email will include tracking details when available. Please note that tracking activation may take 24–48 hours.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses where carrier services allow. Some carriers may limit service to certain destinations; if an order cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Damages
